Our Saviour's Baptist Church Addition

Construction consisted of a 4,600 SF, two story addition to the existing church building. This addition provides the church with two offices, classroom, toddler room, nursery, and new restrooms on the 1st level. The 2nd level consists of a new multi-purpose room. The project also included a fire sprinkler system for the entire building. An exterior ramp allows handicap access to the lower level multi-purpose room. An additional 2,592 SF of paving was constructed to the existing parking lot.

Construction consisted of concrete and block foundation up to the 1st level. The 1st level was constructed of wood stud framing with brick veneer. The roofing was wood truss framing and asphalt shingles. This style of construction was selected to lend a unifying tie-in to the existing building.
